Brian Sullivan, Partner

Mr. Sullivan joined Sullivan & Triggs, LLP in 2006 as a founding partner.  His previous experience includes 13 years (8 as a Partner) as an attorney at the international law firm of Graham & James LLP (now Squire Sanders & Dempsey, LLP).  His experience encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate, securities and commodities law matters, including substantial involvement in corporate acquisitions and mergers, “going private” transactions, minority investments in public and private companies, corporate reorganizations and recapitalizations, ongoing corporate and securities law representation of exchange-listed public companies, day-to-day corporate representation of private companies on an “outside general counsel” basis, the representation of U.S. and foreign issuers in domestic public offerings and private placements, the representation of U.S. issuers in Euro-offerings, the representation of underwriters in domestic public offerings and of private placement agents in domestic private placements, the representation of emerging companies and the structuring and representation on an ongoing basis of both domestic and offshore venture capital funds, hedge funds and other private investment companies.
