Zamzama azizi, associate
Zamzama Azizi joined the corporate team of Sullivan & Triggs LLP in 2023. Her practice focuses on providing corporate and securities counsel to emerging growth and middle-market companies, ranging from start-ups to public companies. She represents clients in a diverse set of matters, including their initial formation, different stages of financings, public offerings and SEC periodic and current reporting. Prior to joining Sullivan & Triggs, Miss Azizi was an associate at Troy Gould PC and DLA Piper. During Ms. Azizi’s time at Columbia Law, she completed a dual degree program, receiving a L.L.M. in International Criminal Law and was selected as an inaugural Google Legal Scholar.
